Thank you for choosing Steven Lelli’s on the Green for your special occasion. Our policies are designed to provide the information necessary to create a wonderful experience for you and your guests. Our event coordinator is available to guide you through all the options and decisions you need to make, and will answer any questions you may have.
Steven Lelli’s on the Green offers an extensive selection of menus, or, if you prefer our executive Chef will create a custom menu perfect for your event. Vegetarian and children’s menus are also available upon request. Menu pricing will be guaranteed 30 days prior to your event based on market fluctuations. Menu selections are due to your event coordinator two weeks prior to the scheduled event. Your event coordinator will help you choose a menu that is just right for your event.
Food tastings may be prearranged through your event coordinator with at least one week’s notice.
A bartender is required for all bar options. Any /all bar options are subject to a $25hr. bartending fee per bartender. Bars held on Terrace, the Patio, or anywhere located in the main dining room are not eligible for draft beer selections
To ensure short wait times during bar service, Steven Lellis on the Green recommends at least 1 bartender per 60 guests for an open bar package; and 2 bartenders per 100 guests for a cash bar package.
Complimentary corkage is provided for wine purchased through Steven Lellis on the Green. If you choose to bring your own wine, you may bring 750ml bottles of either wine or champagne for which there will be a $15 per bottle corkage fee. No other size bottles are permitted.
You are welcome to provide your own cake, however it must be an off-site licensed commercial baker. There will be a $1.00 per guest cake cutting and plating fee, with a maximum of no more than $75.00.
Due to the health department regulations and Steven Lelli’s on the Green polices, aside from cake (prepared by a licensed commercial baker) and/or any pre-packaged approved retail items and the exception of the 750ml bottles of wine or champagne all food and beverage must be provided by Steven Lelli’s on the Green and consumed on the premises.The Health Department regulations prohibits guests from taking home extra food or beverages.
Wedding Gifts & Cards
To assure the security of your wedding gifts and cards, please assign a trusted person to act on your behalf as your gift coordinator to accept and monitor all your wedding gifts and cards.
Please do not leave your gifts or cards unattended and be sure to provide instructions to your gift coordinator to remove all gifts and cards prior to leaving the area/Steven Lelli’s on the Green. Steven Lelli’s on the Green is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Music and Entertainment
Your event coordinator is pleased to recommend music and entertainment for your event, or you may make your own arrangements. It is important that your entertainment vendor contacts your event coordinator/management to arrange set-up times, location of equipment and power needs. Steven Lelli’s on the Green is not responsible for outside vendor equipment or needed materials. Steven Lellis on the Green reserves the right to control the volume of your entertainment and holds harmless of any damages incurred.
Decorations or Centerpieces
Complimentary white and black tablecloths/napkins are available. Assorted colors available, table cloths $15 ea. Napkins $.75ea. floral arrangements, Ice
Carvings and additional decorations are welcomed.
Open tapered candles, confetti and glitter are not permitted.
Steven Lellis on the Green has several picturesque settings for wedding ceremonies and pictures. Your event coordinator will work with you to help you choose the best setting and set-up for your ceremony. Wedding set- ups are subject to a set - up fee.
Please note: absolutely nobody is allowed on the golf course for any purpose regardless ceremony arrangements. Your event coordinator will handle all the arrangements regarding the golf course.
Steven Lellis on the Green has a zero- tolerance policy for these areas and guests who violate this policy will be asked to leave the premises.
Room Reservation/Set-up/Clean-up Fees
Reservation fees are generally charged to secure your date and location.
The amount of the fee is contingent of capacity of the reservation. Dinner reservation fees are refundable with a 72 hour notice. Banquet reservations are non-refundable.
Both types of reservation/deposit fees are applied toward the cost of your reservation.
